Do I need any prior experience?

No! Our beginner course starts from zero. If you have some experience, our intermediate or refresher courses are designed for you. We assess your level at the start and match you with the right program.

What equipment do I need to bring?

Nothing — all kitesurfing equipment is included in every lesson package. Just bring sunscreen, swimwear, and sunglasses. We provide kite, bar, harness, board, helmet, and impact vest.

How are lessons scheduled?

Lessons are scheduled according to wind conditions and your availability. Sessions typically run 2-3 hours per day. We'll communicate with you daily about the best times for your sessions.

Is El Gouna safe for learning?

El Gouna is one of the safest kite destinations in the world. The flat-water lagoon, consistent side-shore winds, and dedicated kite zones make it ideal for learning. We also have beach assistants and a rescue boat on standby at all times.

What's the difference between group and private lessons?

Group lessons (max 3-4 students) offer a social, supportive environment at a lower cost. Private lessons give you 100% instructor attention for faster progression. Both include all equipment and certified coaching.

Can I switch from group to private mid-course?

Yes! If you start with group lessons and decide you'd prefer private coaching, we can arrange the switch. The price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your first session. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 30% fee. Sessions cancelled due to weather or insufficient wind are rescheduled at no cost.

Is travel insurance required?

We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes water sports coverage. While we prioritise safety at all times, kitesurfing is an adventure sport and having appropriate coverage gives you peace of mind.
